As a nature lover, multi-cultural observer, and former designer, my uniquely combined perspective makes for a discerning pair of eyes. I deeply value the beauty within my immediate surroundings and am increasingly mindful of my impact on the natural environment. I experiment with everyday objects to tell the story of our impact on the environment through a series of small hand crafted drawings. 1Day: Series I & II' speaks to this sense of responsibility and love for our natural environment.

My attention to and love for colors and details in nature serve as my constant teacher and has perhaps the heaviest influence on how and what I choose to make. Yet, there is another aspect to my process that is unapologetically shaped by several years of education, training and practice of architecture. Over a fourteen-year period, I acquired two degrees in architecture and spent many formative years in numerous reputable architecture firms. I am not bound to a specific medium nor do I adhere to a style per se. My work comes from a place of personal growth and discovery.

When not producing works of art, I am practicing and teaching Asana poses and meditation to spread self-love and growth around Dallas, Texas.
